In reaction to the new rating, store manager Mateusz Styrna said: "I'm very happy. It makes me feel like we are doing a good job. We want to provide the best for our local community and I'm happy that the store has got such positive feedback.

"We are running a shop with Polish food and offering fresh meat, deli products, bread, dairy products, beverages, sweets and many more. People from different nationalities come to our store and are happy with the variety of products and our friendly attitude.

"Many are also curious when they first come to the shop as we have a lot of products from our mother country and Eastern Europe which are unknown to them.

"This five-star rating makes me very proud. It's a significant update and achievement for the business."

The latest hygiene rating has upgraded the store from a four-star to a five-star hygiene rating which has come as welcome news to all the staff including Ewelina, Ula, Małgosia and Monika.

The business has also thanked its loyal customers for their continued support, trust and "smiles every day" that they bring into the store.
