SWIMMER Claire Cashmore will be keeping Shuttle/Times and News readers up to date with her Beijing Paralympic Games experience with a blog on our website.
The 20-year-old, who began swimming for Wyre Forest as a junior, will be giving her insights into the biggest sporting event in the world.
Cashmore will be competing in the 100m butterfly, 100m breaststroke, 200m individual medley and 100m backstroke in September for Great Britain.
She will be trying to add to the bronzes she won in the 200m medley and 100m backstroke at the Athens Paralympics in 2004.
The gifted swimmer will post her first blog before she flies out to her training camp in Macau on Sunday.
The Games get under way on Saturday, September 6 and Cashmore begins her quest for medals a day later.
