WI – Singers at the cathedral service to celebrate 90 years of Worcestershire Federation, singers in the choir for Christmas and the Shrinkin’ Violets, who will be entertaining Astley WI in December, were given the schedule of rehearsals starting in August. Astley will be well represented at the cathedral service.

Car sharing is being organsied for the trip in August to Hidcote Manor, following lunch at Evesham Country Park. The ‘superstitious summer social’ on June 13 was successful.

Gabriela, the ukelele lady, was the speaker for the evening and she entertained members with music and signing, interspersed with humorous tales and observations. There is no meeting in August and members meet again on Wednesday, September 3.
